1. Definitions and scope of the service
Klimbee is a specialised SaaS technology platform designed to transform text and multimedia information into structured audio podcasts, interactive quizzes and mind maps using artificial intelligence.
Audio synthesis from sources
Converting URL articles, YouTube videos and PDF files into personalised spoken episodes.
Interactive quizzes
Automatically extracting key concepts and creating multiple-choice questions to check what you remember.
By using the Klimbee.com web portal or its related API services, you enter into a binding agreement with Klimbee under the clauses set out here.
2. Registration and early access (MVP)
Klimbee's current phase is a public Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for early access.
- No payment details required: During this test campaign, no credit or debit card is required to register or use the core synthesis features.
- Accurate information: When creating an account, you agree to provide a valid, up-to-date email address.
- Quotas and limits: To guarantee quality for all users, Klimbee reserves the right to dynamically set daily limits on processed minutes or uploaded files.
3. Copyright and intellectual property
Copyright matters are divided into two fundamental pillars:
3.1. Rights to input content (your materials)
You represent and warrant that you hold full rights, licences or explicit permission to upload and automatically process the texts, PDF documents or YouTube links you provide. Klimbee accepts no liability for unauthorised submission of confidential, third-party or licensed information.
3.2. Rights to generated audio summaries and quizzes
The generated synthesised audio file and accompanying quizzes are for your personal education and non-professional use. The technology platform, system algorithms, structuring models and graphical interface are the exclusive intellectual property of Klimbee.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited actions
To keep the environment safe for all learners, the platform strictly prohibits the following:
Malicious code and spam
Uploading scripts, exploits, viruses or compromised PDF files.
Overloading the servers
DDoS attacks, automated scraping or abuse through unauthorised requests.
Misappropriation
Attempting to reverse-engineer the voice-synthesis algorithms.
Illegal content
Generating material that violates anti-discrimination and hate-speech laws.
5. Service availability and beta status
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Due to the nature of early MVP development:
Technical maintenance and updates
Klimbee does not guarantee 100% uptime, flawless real-time processing speed or the absence of technical interruptions while software improvements are regularly deployed.
6. Limitation of liability
Klimbee works as an assistant for accelerated learning through synthesis. The system uses large language models (LLMs), which may produce inaccuracies or interpretive errors.
7. Account or access termination
Klimbee reserves the right to deactivate, suspend or permanently delete a user's account upon a breach of these Terms, abuse of resources or actions damaging the platform's reputation, without prior notice. Users may also request deletion of their account at any time via the “Settings” menu or by emailing technical support.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
All matters, rights and obligations arising from or related to these Terms are interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Klimbee periodically reviews its terms of use as features expand. All changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes unconditional acceptance.
